Teacher of Maths - Northampton
 Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
 Start Date: June or September 2026
 Full-Time | Permanent (Preferred) | Fixed-Term or Long-Term Supply Considered

Are you a Maths teacher who enjoys helping students make sense of numbers, patterns, and problem-solving?
 Do you take pride in making Maths accessible, engaging, and relevant for learners of all abilities?

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Northampton that is looking to appoint a committed Teacher of Maths. The school is ideally seeking a permanent appointment, though they are also open to fixed-term or long-term supply arrangements depending on what suits the right candidate.

The Role:

Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 available depending on experience
Planning and delivering lessons that are engaging, structured, and adapted to different ability levels
Supporting students to build confidence and strengthen their problem-solving skills
Working collaboratively within a supportive Maths department
Contributing to wider school life, including intervention sessions, revision support, and enrichment activities such as STEM clubs

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) in Mathematics
Strong knowledge of the GCSE Maths curriculum
A genuine passion for helping students succeed and enjoy Maths
Organised, adaptable, and confident in the classroom
