Teacher of Science (Maternity Cover) - Berkshire

Quantum Scholars are delighted to be working with a lovely secondary school based in Berkshire, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover contract. This is a temporary role starting in January 2026, expected to continue for two academic terms.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Experience teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4

Availability to start in January 2026

Must have the Right to Work in the UK

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Science lessons that motivate and challenge students

Assess, track, and support student progress
