Teaching Assistant - Wednesdays Only (Chelmsford) 
Location: Chelmsford 
Hours: Wednesdays, term-time only 
Start Date: 15th April 2026 
Salary: Competitive, based on experience 

Were looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team every Wednesday. 
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting childrens learning, enjoys working in a collaborative school environment, and is seeking a part-time position. 
About the Role 

As our Wednesday Teaching Assistant, you will: 
· Support the class teacher in delivering engaging learning activities 
· Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning 
· Assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment 
· Help with classroom preparation, organisation, and resources 
· Contribute to the wellbeing and progress of all pupils 

About You
