The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and forward-thinking Teaching Assistant to join our team. This isn't just about supporting lessons-it's about becoming an integral part of a community where each child is seen as an individual with distinct strengths and aspirations. You'll work closely with dedicated teachers, provide tailored support to students, and help maintain an inclusive and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing individual and small group support to students in both academic and co-curricular activities.
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Supporting the well-being and development of each student.
Encouraging student independence, resilience, and confidence.
Contributing to the school's ethos of excellence and innovation.What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for education and a belief in the potential of every child.
Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.
Flexibility and creativity in supporting diverse learning styles and needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in SEN (Special Educational Needs) support is highly desirable
