Teaching Assistant (TA2/TA3) - Primary School in Bacup

Location: Bacup
 Contract: Temporary to Permanent (for the right candidate)

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Bacup that is looking for two dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team. These roles start on a temporary basis, with the exciting opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Working with small groups and individual pupils to boost learning and confidence.
Assisting with classroom organisation and creating a positive learning environment.
Encouraging pupils' social and emotional development.

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA2 or TA3 level) or similar role.
A genuine passion for working with children.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
