The Role - Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the school in both whole-class settings and small-group interventions. You will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality support, helping children build skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and social-emotional development.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with differentiated activities, supporting pupils with additional learning needs, providing 1:1 guidance where required, and helping maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment. A proactive and compassionate approach is essential to helping pupils thrive.
