Responsibilities

** Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.

** Provide 1-1 or small group support to students who need additional help.

** Supervise students in and around the classroom.

** Help maintain classroom discipline, promoting a respectful atmosphere.

Requirements for Role

*Strong communication skills

*Experience working with children

*Previous experience working in schools (beneficial but

not essential)

*Calm and adaptable approach to dealing with any changes in the classroom

*Previous experience of working with SEN children advantageous
