This Teaching Assistant role involves supporting classes, providing 1:1 help, and working closely with the SEND department. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist with behaviour, learning support, small-group work, and general classroom duties.

Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities
Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 as a Teaching Assistant
Providing 1:1 and small-group support in lessons
Assisting class teachers with behaviour, preparation and learning resources
Working within the SEND department to help meet individual pupil needs
Helping pupils to remain focused, motivated, and engaged
Implementing strategies set by SENCOs and teachers
Offering general classroom support as a Teaching Assistant
