Teaching Assistant
 Start Date: January 2026
 Pay: £500–£550 per week
 Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

We’re partnering with a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets who are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic TA to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with young children and is passionate about supporting their development both in and out of the classroom.

Role Responsibilities
 • Deliver supportive one-to-one and small-group assistance across EYFS or KS1
 • Help implement engaging activities and planned learning tasks
 • Provide tailored support for children with a range of needs, including SEN
 • Contribute to maintaining a calm, organised and welcoming classroom
 • Assist teachers with preparation of resources and daily classroom routines
 
About You
 • Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is beneficial
 • Clear communication skills and a patient, encouraging approach
 • A genuine desire to help young pupils grow in confidence and reach their goals
 • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
