The school has: A strong focus on inclusion and SEND support Experienced SENCO and pastoral teams A commitment to early intervention and tailored learning A positive, team-oriented working environment The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant (LS11): As a Teaching Assistant in this LS11 school, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support Work closely with pupils with SEMH, Autism (ASC), and additional needs Support behaviour regulation and engagement in learning Assist in delivering targeted interventions in line with EHCPs Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral staff What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people (school, care, youth work, etc.) A passion for SEN and inclusive education Calm, patient, and resilient approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Understanding of SEMH or additional needs (desirable) Why This School?
