Teaching Assistant Opportunities - Primary Schools in Rotherham
 Location: Rotherham & nearby areas
 Hours: Flexible (minimum 3 days per week)

Looking for a flexible Teaching Assistant role where no two days are the same? If you're qualified and enjoy supporting children's learning, Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a range of primary schools across Rotherham who need reliable and adaptable support staff.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in different school settings while maintaining a work-life balance that suits you.

Your Role Will Include

Supporting pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
Helping create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Adapting quickly to different schools and classroom expectations

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
Can commit to working at least 3 days per week
Has previous experience supporting children in a primary setting
Is confident, proactive, and approachable
Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply for one)
