We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Welwyn Garden City. Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs in the classroom and during activities
Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour support
Providing personal care where required
Helping students develop social, emotional, and life skills

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a care/support role
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
