Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Chesterfield Primary Schools

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to register with us for full-time work across a trust of primary schools in the Chesterfield area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading education recruitment agency and work within supportive and welcoming school environments.

We are looking for confident and experienced Teaching Assistants who can bring a calm, professional demeanour to the classroom and support pupils across a range of primary key stages.

The Role

Full-time Teaching Assistant role across a trust of primary schools in Chesterfield

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities

Working with individuals and small groups of pupils to support learning and development

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Maintaining a calm and professional approach when supporting pupils with varying needs

Guaranteed Pay Scheme

We currently have spaces available on our Guaranteed Pay Scheme. To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

Be an experienced Teaching Assistant

Be available for full-time work

Have access to your own transport in order to travel between schools within the trust
