Make a difference as a Teaching Assistant - Secondary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our Secondary team in an Alternative Provision setting (ages 11-16). This is a permanent, term-time role (36 hours/week, Monday-Friday).

The successful candidate will have strong support skills, good all-round subject knowledge, and an understanding of special education, mainstream, or Pupil Referral Units.

You will be:

Passionate about inclusion and raising achievement for vulnerable students.

An outstanding practitioner with high expectations of behaviour and learning.

Able to maintain high standards while meeting complex needs.

An excellent communicator with pupils, staff, parents, and stakeholders.
