Teaching Assistant 

£95–£105 per day (depending on experience)

We’re working with a brilliant specialist SEND school in Huddersfield, supporting children and young people with autism and complex needs. It’s a setting full of heart, where teamwork matters and every role counts.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism and other needs, in and out of the classroom

Working closely with the teacher to keep lessons engaging and accessible

Creating a calm, structured, and positive learning environment

Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and emotional regulation

Learning on the job with ongoing SEND training and CPD

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
