Pay:

Teaching Assistants: £93/day

Cover Supervisors: £110–£125/day (experience dependent)

Roles Available

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with classwork and activities
Working 1:1 or with small groups
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
Supporting SEN, behaviour or additional learning needs
Helping create a positive, engaging learning environment

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities

(Training provided if progressing from TA role)

Leading full classes during teacher absence
Delivering pre-prepared lessons confidently
Managing behaviour using school systems
Keeping pupils focused, engaged and on-task
Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
