Location: Norwich, Norfolk 
Start Date: After Easter 2026 
Contract: Full-Time, Long Term 
Setting: Further Education (FE)

Are you an enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistant looking for your next role after Easter? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join a thriving Further Education College located in the Norwich area of Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity to support learners aged 16+ across a wide range of curriculum areas.

As a Teaching Assistant within the FE setting, you will: 
· Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a variety of learning needs 
· Support learners across vocational, academic, and foundation programmes 
· Assist teaching staff with lesson delivery and classroom management 
· Promote independence, engagement, and positive learning behaviours 
· Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment 
· Work collaboratively with tutors, SEN teams, and pastoral staff

We would love to hear from you if you: 
· Have experience working with young people aged 16+ (school, college, SEN, residential, or youth work backgrounds all welcomed) 
· Are patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting learner progress 
· Have experience with SEND, SEMH or learning support - desirable but not essential 
· Can build rapport quickly and work effectively as part of a wider team 
· Hold a DBS on the update service or are willing to apply for one
