Job Description

Tech Business Analyst (Financial Services)
 Glasgow (preferred) / Radbroke / Northampton - 2 days onsite 
We're looking for a Tech Business Analyst to join a high-performing team within a leading financial services environment, supporting critical trading and regulatory initiatives. 
This role will suit someone who can operate confidently across both business and technical teams, with a strong focus on data analysis and pre-trade controls. 
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements
Support the delivery of solutions related to pre-trade checks and controls
Perform detailed data analysis using SQL to support decision-making and validation
Bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery teams
Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and controls
Required Experience:

Strong SQL skills (essential)
Proven experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst
Background in financial services, ideally within trading environments
Experience with pre-trade checks / controls
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Additional Details:

Hybrid working (2 days per week onsite)
Fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
