The Technical Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Technical team, ensuring technical documentation, approvals, records, and project information are managed efficiently to support development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technical team.
Organise and distribute technical drawings, approvals, and information.
Maintain filing systems, databases, trackers, and project records.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and internal departments.
Support project schedules, meetings, and technical documentation processes.
Process and track planning applications
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and technical correspondence.
Monitor budgets, professional fees, and administrative records.
Respond to technical and site queries and escalate issues where necessary.
Ensure documentation and procedures remain accurate and compliant.
