Opportunity to join a leading food manufacturer and support the Technical team with day to day food quality, safety, and compliance activities. Ideal opportunity for somebody looking to move into a technical/quality role and gain 'hands on' experience.

About the Role 

The site produces a range of chilled foods for major retail customers and your key responsibilities will include:

Working closely with production teams, providing technical support to improve and maintain food safety and quality standards.
Supporting traceability exercises, allergen controls, and non-conformance investigations.
Assisting with internal, retailer, and BRC audits.
Helping to manage specifications, calibration systems, and technical documentation.About You

Degree qualified in Food Science or similar, or with prior experience in a technical/quality role in food production.
Basic knowledge of food safety systems and standards (HACCP, BRC, GMP).
Proactive approach to food safety and able to prioritise a busy workload.
Confident working with colleagues at all levels.Next Steps
