I'm recruiting for a Technical Development Manager on behalf of an award-winning food manufacturing business in the South of Greater London.

This exciting new role will see you taking ownership of technical, quality and compliance across a branded and private label portfolio, working directly with the UK’s top retailers and travelling across Europe to manufacturing and supplier sites. If you’re looking for visibility, influence and genuine ownership then this role could be exactly what you're looking for.

- Acting as the technical liaison between retailers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders
- End-to-end ownership of the manufacturing process from concept to launch
- You will be required to travel to European suppliers to lead factory audits, GAP analysis, and assess audit readiness.

The ideal candidate would have 5 years experience in FMCG, UK retail experience, product development exposure, strong understanding of BRC standards, and food science degree or equivalent.
