A leading regional developer & contractor with over 40 years’ success is seeking a Technical Manager to join their established technical and pre-construction team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a 50+ unit residential scheme from detailed design through to on-site delivery.
Package:
Up to £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Progression
Flexible working between office and site. Strong pipeline and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects through detailed design to construction phase
*
Coordinate and manage external consultants and design teams
*
Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
*
Ensure compliance with planning conditions and building regulations
*
Drive design programmes to meet project timelines
*
Resolve technical and design issues during pre-construction and build
*
Liaise closely with site, commercial, and sales teams
*
Support site teams once the project goes live
*
Attend and lead design and progress meetings
Requirements:

Experience with a residential developer or housing contractor
*
Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator stepping up
