Job Description

We are recruiting a Technical Sales Advisor with experience in the HVAC sector for our client, a leading distribution company based in the Winsford area.

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between technical solutions and customer needs, providing expert guidance and tailored recommendations.

Role & Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and present suitable solutions confidently
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and quotations aligned with client needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and updates related to cloud platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight key features and benefits
Manage your time effectively to prioritise leads, follow-ups, and meetings while maintaining a high level of organisational skills
Requirements

Experience within a sales position in the HVAC sector or similar
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure is desirable
Solid understanding of IT concepts, hardware, software solutions, and networking fundamentals
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
