If you are free immediately and have a full driving license this assignment offers a fantastic chance to get involved in a welcoming environment while supporting vital operations. You’ll help ensure the fleet have everything they need to complete their daily work, making a real difference every day. This is a role designed for a candidate who thrives in a role combining both clerical expertise and hands-on support!  Please note, this is a full-time temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start. Lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated. Temporary Office Administrator (Purchasing) Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Managing stock orders, contacting suppliers and using internal databases to maintain inventory  Raising purchase orders and tracking items via Excel  Overseeing incoming and outgoing deliveries  Organising and storing deliveries correctly  Creating engineer packs and preparing supplies  Assisting with vehicle and fleet management to include movement, and relocation tasks Temporary Office Administrator (Purchasing) Rewards Competitive hourly pay rate The chance to gain practical experience in stock and fleet management within a supportive environment Immediate start with ongoing work for at least three months The Company The organisation supports a broad range of client needs with an emphasis on safety, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. Parking is available on site.
