Role: Temporary Receptionist
 Location: Guildford
 Dates: Initially 9th September to 17th September, with the potential for extension 
 Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
 Rate: £12.72 per hour - £14.72 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for your next temporary opportunity?

Our client is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to provide front-of-house support within their busy corporate office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business on an initial temporary assignment , with the potential for the booking to continue thereafter.
Whether you're between roles, finishing an assignment, looking to pick up extra work, or simply available for your next booking, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties will include:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing the reception area
Answering and directing incoming calls
Managing visitor access and buzzing visitors into the building
Handling meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared
Providing administrative support as required
Delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all visitors and staffThe ideal candidate will:

Have previous Reception or Front of House experience
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be well presented and professional at all times
Be confident working independently
Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Be available for the full duration of the initial assignment, with flexibility to continue should the booking be extendedAdditional Information:

Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:30pm
£13.00 per hour
Sole-working reception position with full support available when required
Opportunity for the assignment to continue beyond the initial booking period
