Temporary Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Wellingborough - fully office based

Hours: Monday to Friday

Start Date: Tuesday 7th April

Duration: Initially for a 4 week period, but maybe longer

Pay Rate: £13.66 per hour + holiday pay

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic recruitment team on a temporary basis.

Duties of a Recruitment Coordinator:

Providing an end-to-end recruitment service to hiring managers
Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
Coordinating and booking interviews, managing diaries effectively
Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Supporting a managed recruitment inbox and phoneline
Creating offer documentation and supporting onboarding processes
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
Producing KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Supporting general administrative and recruitment tasks as required
Ensuring compliance with company policies and code of conduct
What we would like from you:

Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using an ATS is advantageous
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A proactive and professional approach
