Job Title: Temporary School Receptionist
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £13.06 per hour
Work Hours:
Wed: 8:00am - 2:15pm (6 hrs, 15-min unpaid break)
Thu: 8:15am - 2:30pm (6 hrs, 15-min unpaid break)
Fri: 10:00am - 2:00pm (4 hrs)
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a friendly and organised School Receptionist to provide temporary cover at a supportive school in Eastbourne. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area.
Key Duties
Greet visitors and manage sign-in processes
Answer calls and emails professionally
Support attendance and daily admin tasks
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
Assist staff with general office duties
Requirements
Strong admin and customer-service skills
Confident with computers and office systems (SIMS/Arbor desirable)
Organised, professional, and able to multitask
Enhanced DBS required (we can assist if needed)
