The Role:
As Territory Manager, you'll be covering Scotland, selling across a range of surgical specialities across NHS and private hospitals. This is a consultative sales role with a strong clinical focus, requiring regular interaction with surgeons, procurement teams and theatre staff. You'll be responsible for growing existing accounts and securing new business, working closely with your clinical specialist colleagues to support in-theatre training, evaluations, and post-sale support. Success in this role will require persistence, relationship-building and a strategic approach to stakeholder management.
Candidate Requirements:
Surgical / theatre field-based sales experience is essential
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
The Package:
Basic Salary: £40,000 -£50,000 (DOE)
Bonus: £20,000 OTE (uncapped)
Car Allowance: £600 per month
