Job Description

Job Role: TIG Welder Fabricator

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Metalis are working with a specialist manufacturer in Sheffield, who are looking for a TIG Welder Fabricator to join their team.

Job Duties:

  * TIG weld and fabricate stainless steel parts and components

  * Read and work from engineering drawings

  * Set up equipment and other fabrication tools

  * Ensure finished parts meet the required standards

  * Contribute to continuous improvement

  * Report any faults/errors to management

  * Obtain planned work schedule and prepare your work station

Job Requirements:

  * TIG welding and fabrication experience

  * Experience working with stainless steel

  * Automotive experience - Desirable

Salary, Shift & Benefits:

  * £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (depending on experience)

  * Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 5pm OR 6am – 3.30pm & Friday 7.30am – 3pm OR 6am – 1.30pm
