Must have’s

So, what will you be doing?
* Planning and scheduling daily appointments for service engineers and tanker operatives
* Allocating jobs based on engineer availability, location and skillset
* Monitoring workloads and helping optimise routes where possible
* Updating and maintaining scheduling systems
* Ensuring job information and appointment details are accurate
* Preparing reports and supporting the wider operations team
* Adjusting schedules to accommodate urgent jobs, delays or cancellations
* Liaising with engineers and customers to keep everyone informed
