Trainee Helpdesk Assistant

Our client is a building maintenance company based in Dartford, Kent. They are looking to recruit a Trainee Helpdesk assistant to support our Helpdesk and Procurement Team on a Full-Time basis.

Trainee Helpdesk Assistant

Location:

Dartford (Office Based)

Purpose of Job:

To assist our Helpdesk.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Helpdesk Assistant

Dealing with day-to-day queries.

Ensuring paperwork has been completed correctly and upload onto our system.

Chase engineers for paperwork/photographs of works

General administration e.g., filing, organising paperwork etc.

Ensure schedules are sent with relevant information.

Required:

Strong computer literacy, including:

  * Microsoft Excel

  * Microsoft Word

  * Microsoft Outlook

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional telephone manner

Probation:

1 month

Reporting to:

Office Manager

Working hours:

9am till 5pm

Monday to Friday

Salary:

£24,000 – £27,000 (dependent on experience) PAYE
