The Company
A well-established engineering and fabrication business is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to support continued growth within its production team.

The Role
Producing a variety of sheet metal components within a workshop-based manufacturing environment.

Interpreting technical drawings and converting them into accurate finished products.

Working confidently with common fabrication materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

Applying strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical and production challenges.

Supporting a wide range of workshop activities and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing positively to a small, hands-on team.

The Candidate
Proven background in sheet metal work or fabrication.

Ability to understand and work from engineering/technical drawings.

Skilled in handling various metals and using standard workshop tools and equipment.

Strong work ethic with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.

Salary
£23,000 – £29,000 per year, plus plenty of overtime (depending on skills and experience)
