This is an excellent opportunity for a trainee recruitment consultant to join a supportive environment based in Winnersh Triangle, just outside Reading. The office is conveniently located within walking distance of the station and offers free parking.

As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will focus on sourcing high-quality teachers and support staff to meet the needs of our established client base across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Wiltshire. This role offers immediate earning potential with commission available from day one for every successful placement.

Role Responsibilities

Full 360 recruitment duties with a focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and placement

Completing compliance and vetting checks to a high standard
Meeting candidates face-to-face for registration and onboarding
Working closely with consultants to match candidates to roles
