Job Description

Proactive Personnel are looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Manchester.

What You’ll be Doing:

  * Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team.

  * Proactive in developing new business daily.

  * Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face.

  * Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk.

  * Managing key accounts.

  * Full accountability for your own sales.

  * Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks.

  * Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch).
