What you'll need

  * Previous recruitment consultancy experience, ideally within a 360 role

  * Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and KPIs

  * Strong business development and client relationship skills

  * Confident managing recruitment processes from brief to placement

  * Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  * Commercially driven, organised and resilient

  * Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences

What you'll be doing

  * Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement

  * Developing and growing your own client and candidate portfolio

  * Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

  * Winning new business and developing existing accounts

  * Sourcing, interviewing and engaging high quality candidates

  * Providing market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice

  * Delivering an outstanding experience for clients and candidates

  * Building long term partnerships through excellent service

  * Identifying growth opportunities within your market

  * Contributing ideas and expertise to support the growth of i2i Recruitment
