Must have’s

  * Excellent communication and organisational skills

  * Genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences

  * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  * Confidence working under pressure and meeting deadlines

  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams

  * Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills

  * Experience working within a fast-paced environment

Nice to have’s

  * Experience in travel coordination, hospitality or a customer-facing role

  * Background within hospitality or a commercial setting

  * Second European language

So, what will you be doing?

  * Confirming and managing hotel bookings while ensuring services remain within budget

  * Arranging transport, tours, attraction tickets and dining reservations

  * Negotiating supplier rates and making adjustments to ensure smooth tour delivery

  * Liaising with internal teams to communicate updates and requirements

  * Costing additional client requests and managing associated documentation

  * Preparing detailed itineraries and tour documents for guests and suppliers

  * Monitoring tour progress to ensure all elements run as planned

  * Resolving guest queries and supporting other departments when required

  * Proactively identifying and resolving potential service issues
