Job Description
Our client, a highly regarded and long-established organisation, is looking to welcome a Travel Consultant into their busy, customer-focused team.
This position sits within an in-house travel team, supporting a loyal and engaged member base with holiday bookings and related enquiries. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service and being part of a collaborative environment.
The role will involve:
* Handling inbound customer calls with a professional, friendly approach
* Managing enquiries across both phone and email channels
* Tailoring accommodation and travel bookings to suit individual needs
* Supporting customers throughout the full booking journey
* Maintaining accurate records with a strong eye for detail
* Building product knowledge through ongoing training and teamwork
* Assisting with general administration where required
We’re keen to speak with individuals who have:
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational ability and attention to detail
* A positive, team-oriented mindset
* Solid IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
