Unqualified Secondary Supply Teacher (Cover Supervisor)

Location: Bristol & Surrounding Areas
 Pay: £100 – £130 per day

Looking to step into teaching but not yet qualified? Protocol Education are partnering with secondary schools across Bristol to recruit confident, reliable individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers / Cover Supervisors.

If you've worked with young people — coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, or classroom support — you likely already have the skills schools look for.

Work flexibly (2–5 days per week), gain real classroom experience, and explore whether teaching is the right path for you.

What the Role Involves

You’ll lead classrooms using pre-planned lessons provided by the school:

Supervising classes across a range of subjects

Keeping students engaged and on task

Managing behaviour professionally

Supporting pupils with their work

Handing back completed work to staff

Following safeguarding procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
