The Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Support students with engagement, progress, and confidence
Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
Gain experience across a variety of subjects and year groupsWe're Looking For:

Experience working with young people in any setting
Confident, clear communicators with the ability to lead a classroom
Professional, adaptable, and proactive individuals
A strong interest in pursuing teacher training (PGCE / SCITT routes)
