Used Car Sales Manager - Stoke on Trent
 Salary – Up to £35,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car OTE 70 – 80k
 Days – Monday – Friday, 5 days per week, 10am - 7pm, 42.5 hours per week, 2 days off on a weekday then work Saturday & Sunday (Saturday hours= 10am – 7pm & Sunday Hours = 10am – 5pm)

Lead and oversee a busy sales department—including Sales Executives, the Business Manager, and administrative team members —reporting directly to the General Manager
Manage the team to deliver a seamless sales process while maintaining close customer engagement throughout the vehicle purchase journey
Ensure adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards, including compliance with FCA and financial regulations
Set and surpass targets for unit sales, finance penetration, and additional aftermarket products
Coach, develop, and mentor the sales team, using structured training and performance management to boost individual and team effectivenessUsed Car Sales Manager Requirements:
Must have a Full UK Driving License
