Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator – Nottingham, East Midlands

Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic Nottingham team as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator.

  * Competitive salary of £760 to £960 per week (equivalent to £39,500 – £45,000 per annum or approx. £3,290 – £4,000 per month), plus a performance-related bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:

  * Conducting accurate vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar systems

  * Producing clear, cost-effective repair estimates aligned with insurer and manufacturer guidelines

  * Liaising with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflows

  * Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers

  * Completing all documentation accurately and within set timescales

What We’re Looking For:

  * Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator within accident repair

  * ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards)

  * Strong knowledge of Audatex and estimating skills

  * Excellent communication, organisation, and strong attention to detail
