Vehicle Technician
📍 Horsham Area
💰 £40,000 – £45,000 + £6,000 Bonus
🕗 Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (No Weekends)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a high-end, professionally run car sales and service business based in the Horsham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a growing, close-knit team in a modern, well-equipped workshop.

With a small team in the workshop, this role offers a great working environment, plenty of autonomy, and your own dedicated ramp and workspace.

The Role

You’ll be carrying out a full range of mechanical work, including:

  * Servicing and maintenance

  * Diagnostics and repairs

  * General mechanical duties across a variety of vehicles

Experience with Land Rover vehicles would be highly advantageous but is not essential.

What’s on Offer

  * £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary

  * Bonus scheme up to £6,000

  * Monday to Friday hours only – no weekends

  * 22 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service (up to 25 days)

  * Modern, well-equipped workshop

About You

  * Qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician

  * Confident working independently

  * Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

  * Land Rover experience beneficial
