We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealership located in Crawley, to recruit a highly skilled VAG Vehicle Technician.

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
  * Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, specialising in VAG models
  * Conducting MOT testing with a valid MOT licence
  * Performing PDI inspections, vehicle servicing, and maintenance tasks
  * Ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and first-time fix rates are maximised
  * Collaborating with colleagues to meet workshop targets and deliver excellent customer service
  * Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
  * Using diagnostic scanners and dealership systems efficiently to identify issues
Requirements as Vehicle Technician:
  * Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent essential
  * Valid MOT licence (mandatory)
  * Experience working within a main dealer environment highly advantageous
  * Possession of own tools and a valid UK driving licence
  * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  * Positive attitude and team player mentality
  * Enthusiastic about working with VAG vehicles and delivering excellent customer care
  * Demonstrated professionalism and dedication to high standards
