Based at their head office location in Wickford, Essex you will join a team working on a variety of jobs for their corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
*
Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work.
*
Discussing required repairs with the admin team and customers.
*
Calculating the expected time for repairs.
*
Repairing or replacing components as required.
*
Road testing vehicles to test repair work or diagnose.
*
Fitting and servicing vehicle accessories, including parking sensors, cameras, towbars and reverse cameras.
*
Performing service and vehicle system safety checks.
*
Performing vehicle maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and air filters, brakes, clutch, gearbox, suspension and diagnostics as required.
*
Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
*
To carry out quality checks on all technician's work and discuss findings.
*
When requested to visit off site locations and carry out safety guidelines are adhered to both personal and team health and well-being is kept in mind.
*
Other duties as assigned.
Health and Safety:
*
Obey company Health and Safety processes as per your Employee Handbook.
*
Complete all required training courses relevant to your position.
*
Ensure all your assigned Citation training modules are up-to-date, and refresh if you notice they have expired.
Skills and Qualifications:
*
Level 3 qualification is required for this position.
*
Proven experience in a similar role is required for this position.
*
MOT testing experience would be advantageous.
*
Full valid Driving Licence with 6 points or less.
*
Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications.
*
Maintain any required professional qualifications.
*
Conduct yourself in a manner that protects the corporate image and integrity.
