Job Description

Vehicle Technician
Location: Grays
Hours: Monday – Friday 8-5:30pm 30 mins lunch 
Salary: £38,000 Basic plus bonus and overtime OTE £55,000 
 
We are seeking a qualified vehicle technician (Level 3 or equivalent) who is also eager to be fast tracked to their MOT Testing license to join a busy, modern workshop environment in Grays.

As a vehicle technician, your typical day will involve completing scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer standards, carrying out diagnostics to identify and resolve vehicle issues, and conducting electronic visual health checks with clear recommendations. You’ll liaise with service advisors and customers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while continuing to develop your technical knowledge through trainingWhat we’re looking for:

To succeed as a vehicle technician, you’ll ideally hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence.
Previous main dealer expereince is essential 
You’ll also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, good organisation and time management, and the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
