Vehicle Technician

This opportunity sits within a reputable Main Dealer environment that prioritises quality workmanship, structured processes, and long-term Technician development. Whether operating at Service Technician level or already working as a Diagnostic Technician, there is a clear pathway to progress, upskill, and increase earning potential.

  * You are not comfortable working within structured manufacturer processes and quality standards.

Salary and benefits:

  * Monday-Friday 8:30am–5:30pm.

  * 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

  * Full manufacturer training including EV & Hybrid pathways.

  * Performance-related bonus scheme.

  * Service Technician: £35,000 + bonus

  * Diagnostic Technician: £40,000 + bonus

  * Master Technician: £42,000-£45,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

  * Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic systems.

  * Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to strict manufacturer standards.

  * Ensuring all work is completed accurately with a first-time fix mindset.

  * Supporting workshop efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance.

  * Working closely with service and workshop control teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  * Continuously developing skills through EV, Hybrid, and brand-specific training programmes.
