Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester

We are currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester / Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Motor Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Car Mechanic / Workshop Technician / Service Technician / Auto Engineer to join a busy and well-established independent workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, diagnostics, servicing, and repair work, within a stable and supportive working environment.

What We Offer

Up to £45,000 per year salary
Bonus up to £5000
Monday to Friday only - no weekend work!!!
8:00am - 5:30pm consistent working hours
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Stable, friendly and professional workshop environment

You will be responsible for:

Vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
Mechanical and electrical diagnostics
Fault finding and repair across a wide range of vehicles
General workshop duties as part of a skilled teamRequirements

Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Motor Vehicle Technician (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential)
Strong diagnostic and repair skillsAbout You

We are looking for someone reliable, experienced and confident working across servicing, repairs and diagnostics. Whether your background is as a car mechanic, workshop technician, service technician or auto engineer, your skills will be fully utilised.
