Our client, a reputable main dealership in Kettering, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of circa £32,000, commensurate with experience
OTE £35,000+ including bonuses and overtime opportunities
Monday to Friday working week, 40 hours
No weekend work required

Modern workshop facilities and ongoing training supportDuties of the Vehicle Technician:

Perform full vehicle servicing, repairs, and general maintenance
Demonstrate diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards of quality and customer care
Conduct thorough inspections and ensure all work complies with manufacturers' specifications
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used as a Vehicle Technician
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environmentRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:

Full UK driving licence
Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 2 and time-served individuals considered)
Own set of quality tools
Proven experience in a similar role within a main dealership or reputable garage
Strong diagnostic and technical abilities
Flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks
