Our client, a reputable dealership in Exeter, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. Competitive basic salary of £37,000 per annum, with earnings potential up to £42,000 including productivity bonuses

Ongoing training programmes and clear routes to Master Technician status
Standard working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
One in three Saturday mornings required, with overtime available

Conduct general servicing, diagnostics, and repair work across a variety of vehicle brands
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction
Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations within a busy workshop setting
Manage workshop workflow effectively to meet daily targets and optimise service delivery
Accurately diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs efficientlyRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician is essential
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
Relevant ATA or equivalent qualification is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
