Vehicle Technician Opportunity at Leading Multi-Franchise Dealership in North Bristol

 Our client, a reputable multi-franchise car dealer group, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their modern workshop in North Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking to develop their career within a dynamic, professional environment. The successful Vehicle Technician will work closely with the workshop team, ensuring high standards of vehicle servicing and repair are maintained.

 Benefits:

Starting salary approximately £32,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
Performance-related bonus averaging between £4,800 and £7,200 annually, paid monthly
Optional overtime paid at time and a half

Conduct routine servicing and repairs on vehicles to manufacturer standards
Strip, fit, and replace vehicle components as required
Identify faulty parts and resolve underlying issues effectively
Log all parts and consumables against job cards accurately
Perform Vehicle Health Checks and conduct basic diagnostic work
Maintain a high standard of workmanship in a busy workshop environment
Work efficiently to meet targets and deadlines set by managementRequirements:

Qualification to City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
Motivation to work towards team and individual targets
Industry experience in vehicle diagnosis and electronics is highly advantageous but not essential
